Diagnostic Annual Evaluation

Includes Homeschool Annual Evaluation in addition to informal assessments for learning styles, reading, language arts, and math abilities. A detailed report on results and recommendations is provided for your records. Provided online.
Report Card

Full academic year report card, including narrative commentary about the student.
Official High School Transcript
$100
High School Transcript to include student data, course names, course codes, weighted and unweighted GPA, credits, etc.
